All this role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to support the execution of our CRM strategy. In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment, helping to deliver high-quality campaigns while collaborating with various stakeholders. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze, working with data-driven campaigns and supporting complex campaign setups. You should be eager to learn, adaptable to changing business needs, and comfortable working in an agile environment. These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Campaign Execution – Manage the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards across all channels. Performance Monitoring – Proactively track and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation. Test & Learn Strategies – Work closely with the CRM Manager to develop and analyse A/B tests and data-driven strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. CRM Channel Optimisation – Support the CRM Manager in enhancing CRM channels by understanding both commercial goals and customer engagement metrics. Stakeholder Collaboration – manage projects and liaise with senior stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with business objectives. What will you bring to the table? Proven experience working in a CRM centric environment Familiarity with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus but not essential. Ability to build audience segments and support multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging). Flexible and comfortable working in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong cross functional relationships A proactive self-starter who is eager to learn and develop within CRM marketing.
