We’re now looking for a Digital Media Manager to own and deliver our digital media roadmap – driving innovation across both onsite and offsite platforms and creating measurable value for our retail partners. What you’ll be doing: Lead the Digital Media Roadmap – Turn strategy into activation across onsite and offsite media. From media planning to performance optimisation, you’ll ensure our digital proposition delivers results. Own Digital Activation – Build out a media calendar and support client teams in creating engaging campaigns that leverage data, targeting, and customer insight. Be the Connector – Collaborate with retail, ecommerce, ad tech partners, and cross-functional teams to evolve our offer, troubleshoot issues, and keep everything running smoothly. Stay Ahead of the Curve – Monitor trends and best practices in digital media to feed innovation and keep our solutions competitive. Optimise Performance – Analyse weekly/monthly campaign results, manage yield and inventory, and turn insights into smarter solutions. Deliver at Scale – Lead projects end-to-end, working with tech teams and vendors to hit timelines, budgets, and milestones. What you’ll bring: A solid understanding of digital media, ad tech, and how they plug into retail — ideally from an agency, vendor, or media-owner background. Experience with platforms such as Criteo or CitrusAd, and confident working with performance metrics. Knowledge of onsite retail media, loyalty platforms, social, CRM tools (Brevo, Mailchimp), and offsite channels. Confident in Excel (advanced), data analysis, and turning insights into action. Highly organised, collaborative, and a natural communicator — able to manage complex workstreams across internal and external stakeholders.
