This leading firm is seeking a dedicated Industrial Disease Paralegal to join their dynamic, growing team, offering a starting salary of £26,000, (negotiable based on experience) with room for growth based on performance and commitment.
The firm continues to grow and elevate their already famous reputation and go from strength to strength, owing to a period of substantial growth, they are currently recruiting for an experienced paralegal to join their Industrial Disease team, on a full-time, permanent basis, in the Firm’s Glasgow office. The team’s reputation in helping individuals and families affected by devastating illnesses, such as mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung cancer, asbestosis, and pleural plaques, is recognised throughout Scotland - collectively, the department have years of proven and trusted specialist experience in helping people in these situations. As well as securing compensation, which is vital due to the life-altering nature of the conditions suffered by these people, you will be responsible for guiding them through one of the most traumatic times in their lives – providing support, empathy and helping them find closure are essential skills which must be upheld by any successful candidate.
At least 1-2years' paralegal experience is required, preferably in personal injury but not essential. Experience of handling your own caseload will be expected and knowledge of the pre-litigation stages.
