Senior EstimatorLocation: - Leeds, West YorkshireSalary: - £65,000 - 75,000Job Type: - Full time, Permanent Role DescriptionThe Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Civil Engineering firm based within the Leeds, West Yorkshire region assisting a diverse range of works within Civil Engineering valued up to £20 million.As an Estimator, you will be tasked to carry out take-offs, bills of quantities, cost plans and tenders for a range of clients including, sub-contractors, developers and private clients. In addition, you will assist reviewing residential and commercial projects with new and existing clients.Day to day duties will vary but could include:

* Completing tenders on behalf of clients based on architectural, structure engineer, and specialist drawings, plans and specifications.
* Establishing connections with various individuals across the tendering process including suppliers, subcontractors and specialists to allow collaboration.
* Perform accurate take-offs for various residential and commercial projects, utilising measuring take-off tools and software for precision.
* Supporting the estimating and managing director as required.
* Discussing and establishing potential value engineering regarding projects to aid clients in meeting budgets.
