About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive Mechanical Engineer to join our client's team in Pershore. The ideal candidate should possess engineering qualifications or have good mechanical assembly experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble packaging machinery.
2. Perform testing and validation of new machines.
3. Demonstrate machine capability to customers during FATs.
4. Work to technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
5. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and work with clients and contractors.
6. Maintain detailed documentation to track project development and propose design modifications.
7. Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
8. Daily tasks will vary, focusing on manufacturing bespoke machinery tailored to customer requirements.

Experience Required:
1. Previous mechanical engineering experience preferred.
2. A mechanically minded individual.

5. NVQ in mechanical engineering or a related field.
6. 1-3 years of relevant engineering experience.
7. Strong grasp of engineering concepts.
8. Excellent mathematical skills, capable of applying advanced mathematical principles and statistics to problem-solving.
9. Exceptional technical, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities.
10. Effective and clear communication skills.
11. Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented approach.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday: 8 AM to 1:30 PM
38-hours workweek.
Salary:
Starting from £22,500 to £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
