Keep reading As Sales Manager for Ireland, you will play a critical role in managing and mentoring your regional team to achieve ambitious sales targets. You'll support existing accounts to maximize their business potential while executing strategies to open new accounts and drive revenue growth. You’ll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas to enhance team efficiency, unlock new opportunities, and increase Dermalogica’s reach in the professional beauty industry. Could this be you? • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing field sales team to achieve and exceed targets. • Drive sales growth within existing Dermalogica Skin Centres by providing expert support, mentoring, and in-field coaching. • Develop and implement a new business strategy to generate leads, convert prospects, and grow market share. • Own and manage P&L and budgets to ensure commercial success. • Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to maximize sales. • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance appraisals, and mentoring sessions to support team development. • Deliver engaging regional meetings and presentations with confidence and credibility. • Support and represent Dermalogica at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums. • Work closely with Education teams to create impactful networking events and learning opportunities. • Ensure the team provides exceptional customer care and maintains strong relationships with accounts. Do you have the below skills? • Proven B2B sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets. • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team of 5 with demonstrable results. • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze business performance. • Excellent mentoring and coaching skills to support team success. • First-class time management and organizational skills. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-focused. • Beauty Therapy qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) is an advantage but not essential.
