Domestic Cleaning Professional Working with the cleaning supervisor, you will assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the School. The role includes general cleaning of the school plus maintaining storerooms and cleaning cupboards safely and securely in compliance with the school's Health and Safety policy. There will also be a requirement to clean for activities, functions and events. Key Details • Location: Harpenden • Days/Hours: 32 hours per week • Hours of work: Monday-Thursday, 5.00am - 1.00pm (term time only) days available • You will also be required to attend Deep clean/INSET /Training days and occasional cleaning days during the school holiday period • Rate of pay: £12.60 per hour Purpose of the the role To undertake cleaning duties at the school. The cleaning team as a whole are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school, with each cleaner being responsible for an area of the school. In this role, you will also identify areas for improvement and deliver a deep cleaning service before the start of term or during School Holidays. Previous relevant experience is highly desirable but not essential.
