We are looking for an Audit & Vendor Management Officer to support and maintain the sites’ Audit Program and Vendor Qualification process.
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be on-site, in Worthing for a minimum of 2 days per week.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience in a Quality Assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry, with excellent experience of auditing and vendor qualification.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who is able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
The role
You will be involved in the following:
* Qualification of new vendors and re-qualification of established vendors
* Acting as the first point of contact for vendor management enquiries
* Maintenance of the Approved Vendor List and Vendor Approval Form (VAF) tracker
* Performing QA reviews and Risk Assessments of vendors including Assessment of TSE certificates
* Reviewing and processing vendor qualification requests
* Liaising with suppliers, vendors, customers and affiliates to follow-up audits, questionnaire and other relevant Vendor qualification documents
* Reviewing, creating and revising department’s SOPs as appropriate
* Preparation and conduct of external and internal Audits
* Management of CAPAs and NCs raised from external and internal audit process
* Performing self-inspections of the Global Auditing department
* Providing vendor qualification data for Annual Product Quality Reviews
* Providing support in the administration of the global audit schedule
