What You'll Do
Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with general inquiries, troubleshooting, and eCommerce-related queries
Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Work closely with the team to meet service standards
What We’re Looking For
