About the Job: Yokohama TWS UK Limited is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable) to join the finance team based in Lydney, Gloucestershire. We are seeking a detailed-oriented and highly organised individual. The ideal candidate will support Accounts Payable in managing daily financial tasks. Key Responsibilities: Correct and timely processing of data into ERP or other IT systems Correct and timely generation of reports Maintenance of standard entries into GL (invoices, goods/materials/services acquisition, accounting for costs by type, purpose, reconciliation of accounts) Match invoices with Purchase Orders and get approvals from internal stakeholders with no item older than 7 days Address any queries so that no unprocessed invoice is older than 7 days Reconciliation of supplier statements To provide general support to the finance team as needed.
