Job Description Programme Lead – Naval Full Time Bristol Why Rolls-Royce? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Lead to join Defence Mature Programmes supporting product portfolio of Combat, Transport and Naval products within the ET&S capability in Bristol. In this role, your primary focus will be on the MT30 a market-leading Naval gas turbine which is trusted to deliver power to some of the world’s leading Naval fleets. You will be part of a unique, autonomous, and strongly customer-focussed team with responsibility for managing Naval programmes throughout all stages of the project life cycle. What you will be doing: You will be the prime interface for customers from the point of quotation to contract close-out and involved in all aspects in-between. You will own the creation, commitment, communication, and daily management of an integrated programme plan for delivery Review task progress against committed plans to identify when corrective action is required. Own and manage programme risk, finances, and scheduling. Working with Tech Leads, WED and Programme Managers/Leads to prioritise, resource, and govern packages of work in support of OE programme delivery.
