Drive sales and achieve profit targets through a structured sales process for multiple products. Convert leads into qualified opportunities, generate quotes, and create new opportunities by reaching out to past, current, and potential customers.
* Meet individual targets, provide weekly updates, manage leads in CRM, deliver timely quotes, and ensure timely customer support.
* Build relationships, maintain up-to-date information on project leads, provide guidance and support to contractors, collaborate with design agencies, and ensure accurate specifications.
* Assist in gathering project marketing materials, utilise resources efficiently, provide support to the team, and stay open to new products and opportunities.
Possesses a clear understanding of the company and departmental vision. 5 years' experience in the Rail Industry sector, relevant technical product sales knowledge, and experience using CRM systems are advantageous.
Bonus: 20% of Basic salary, following one year's service.
Car Allowance: £5,981 - £6,729 or £4,785 - £5,383 per annum.
Company Car: £281 - £313 per month or £200 - £225 per month.
Total Package: £57,581 - £72,729 per annum.
