Join Our Team as an Enterprise Architect at Capgemini Engineering! Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect with a passion for digital engineering and manufacturing?

Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Create a strategic roadmap for digital transformation in manufacturing and engineering processes.
3. Design and oversee the implementation of technology solutions that enhance digital engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
4. Ensure the integration of new systems with existing enterprise architecture.
5. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms for digital manufacturing.
6. Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide architectural guidance.
7. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
8. Establish and enforce technology standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
10. Monitor the performance of technology solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
11. Optimize enterprise architecture to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
12. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital engineering and manufacturing.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your role

As a member of our Digital Continuity Team, you’ll be at the forefront of the digital thread throughout a product’s lifecycle. Imagine being part of groundbreaking projects with some of the most prestigious clients in the engineering industry.
What we need you to have
1. Proven track record of leading engineering digital transformation initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
2. Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
3. Proficiency in digital engineering tools and platforms, such as CAD, PLM, MES, and IoT technologies.
4. Experience with cloud computing, big data analytics, and AI/ML applications in manufacturing.
5. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
6. Defence contract: SC or higher security (currently holding or eligible).
7. Must Hold a UK Passport, Dual National not eligible.
DESIRABLE
1. TOGAF, Zachman, or other relevant enterprise architecture certifications.
2. PMP or similar project management certification.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
