About the role and team: The Enterprise Global Operations Group is a best-in-class organisation supporting Worldpay’s Enterprise customers through implementation and onboarding, exceptional on-going client services and regional strategy, ensuring the highest standards for client experience are set, and day to day operations are managed seamlessly. The Global Enterprise Operations team has a number of high impact transformational deliverables and initiatives to support the business as it navigates through a period of significant change. Central to this will be Worldpay’s ability to deliver a market leading customer experience across multiple geographic regions. The SVP of Global Enterprise Operations is responsible for setting strategy and managing a plan to deliver against it in order improve customer experience and drive future growth. To support them in achieving this, you and your team will ensure the strategy is well articulated, communicated and tracked. You will also ensure they have all the information, reports and documents required to help them plan ahead and be prepared for upcoming meetings and events. In addition, you will build a financial plan for Enterprise Operations with the required OPEX and CAPEX investment asks to deliver on our strategy and support the wider Enterprise strategy. You will ensure it is well communicated and understood both inside and beyond Enterprise Operations. You and your team will also identify and report on risks and audits across the Enterprise Operations organisation with a view to creating a robust governance environment. As Director of Strategy and Planning, you will help us keep track of progress against our strategy and plan providing timely and accurate reporting and ensure we are communicating results and plans to our teams. You will ensure we have the right cadence of internal and external communications and events and ensure the content hits the right notes at all levels. You will also help us build an effective culture within Enterprise Operations and to build an action plan from the employee engagement surveys. You will be a key interface into multiple internal teams. including the key functions within Enterprise Operations as well as building strong cross-functional collaboration. What you will be doing: Drive and create content for the SVP of Global Enterprise Operations (internal and external) on the planning and business performance of the Global Enterprise Operations organisation including employee engagement, financial planning, OPEX and CAPEX reviews Lead key performance, risk and audit reporting for the Enterprise Operations function, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, communication and engagement with key partners. Ensure this sits within a robust governance framework Manage the cadence and content of key meetings and events on behalf of the SVP of Enterprise Operations, e.g. Global Enterprise Operations Leadership team meetings, XLT, All Hands, Gateshead Leadership Work closely with the Enterprise Communications Manager to produce all content supporting the SVP of Global Enterprise Operations and running of the Enterprise Operations organisation Work closely with the VP of Strategy and Transformation and Global Enterprise Operations Leadership Team in ensuring successful planning and execution of strategic initiatives for the Global Enterprise Operations organization Undertake autonomous quantitative and qualitative research and analysis with your team to make decisions, pushing through recommendations for business growth and/or Operations optimisation Lead process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of metrics, analysis and identification of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices Engage with Enterprise Operations and cross-functional leaders to ensure availability and readiness of resources required to execute against Global Enterprise Operations Strategic plans Proactively identify solutions and actionable insights (e.g. through the analysis of business performance metrics) that will help support improvements to customers and the Global Enterprise Operations organisation Liaise with various functions across the business (e.g., HR, Sales, Finance, Go-to-market) and support their analysis of key activity metrics, and reporting on progress to Global Enterprise leadership.
