Your role We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Business, that will overlook BMW Sales and Aftersales at our fantastic Drogheda Centre. Your responsibilities: You will not only manage and grow all aspects of the finance and insurance department, but you will also support all sales enquiries by developing the sales team. Ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all, fairly. Work a variety of flexible patterns, which can include Saturdays, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. To monitor competitors and identify opportunities for business. Your profile The ideal candidate will be a high achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or previous Head of Business, General Manager, or Business Manager. You should demonstrate a sound financial and commercial understanding. Ideally, have an outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front and inspire your colleagues to ‘raise the bar’ and exceed their full potential whilst driving the finance and add-on performance forward. You must also hold strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working as part of a team with shared objectives, KPIs, and personal performance goals is preferred. Flexible in relation to working location, which will be Drogheda, County Louth. Thorough knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Drive). Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer and staff care. Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
