Main duties of the job
As the Learning and Development Facilitator, your responsibilities will include leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics, identifying learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS), planning and designing engaging learning courses and content, facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses both face-to-face and virtually, and accurately recording training sessions in the LMS. You will also be responsible for assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training.

* Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it)
* Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or similar)
* A UK driving licence and own transport

* To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector, experience in adult social care and related qualifications, knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements, commitment to diversity, inclusion, and meeting neurodiversity learning needs, a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it), a Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or similar), and a UK driving licence and own transport.
