Your new role
Thisrole is available due to the expansion of the Business Change team, working todeliver a variety of strategic, regulatory, digital IT and continuousimprovement projects. This is a varied role supporting projects of differentsizes and lifecycles by helping stakeholders particularly in the operationsteams, articulate their requirements and turning this into action with theproject delivery team. You will be responsible for business, process and dataanalysis to develop business models and solutions using Lean, Six Sigma and PMOmethodologies. This will include user acceptance testing, managing pipelinesthrough DevOps and analysing and reporting on data to highlight areas forimprovement.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven knowledge and experience of process improvement methods and techniques
2. Ability to analyse and presentplex ideas and data to resolveplex problems
3. Ability to process and conduct root cause analysis
4. Excellent stakeholder engagement andmunication skills
5. Experience of working within a regulated environment
6. Experience with Power BI and data analysis/visualisation are desirable
7. Experience with DevOps Methodology is also desirable
