Are you an experienced Security Professional looking for a stable and rewarding role in a prestigious private estate?
A beautiful private family estate, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, is seeking an RST/Security Guard to join its dedicated team. This position has become available due to a team member stepping into the maintenance team, offering a rare opportunity to step into a secure and well-structured role.
Your Role
Reporting to the Security Supervisor and working within a close-knit team of six, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the estate.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Patrolling the estate to ensure safety and security.
2. Access control for the estate, properties, and grounds.
3. Rotating patrol and control duties during each shift.
4. Maintaining security logs to record incidents, visitors, and any security concerns.
5. Responding to security issues promptly and professionally.
6. Locking and unlocking properties across the estate.
7. Participating in fire drills and maintaining fire safety awareness.
8. Key distribution & answering calls outside office hours.
Shift Pattern
12-hour shifts: 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am
3 days on, 3 nights on, 3 days off (including weekends and public holidays).
Average weekly hours: 56 hours per week.

What We’re Looking For
* Security Experience: Essential.
* SIA Qualified with experience in CCTV and alarm systems.
* Reliable & Disciplined: Strong attendance record is a must.
* Self-Motivated: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a low-profile role with minimal interaction with the principal and family, making it ideal for someone who values routine, consistency, and a close-knit team environment.
