As a TEYC franchisee, you will be self-employed, responsible for delivering exceptional training and coaching to early years settings, practitioners, and leaders. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage your own TEYC franchise, growing your business within your local area. Deliver outstanding training and coaching tailored to the needs of nurseries, early years practitioners, and leaders. Design and implement engaging, impactful training that supports settings in delivering the best outcomes for children. Work closely with nursery leaders and teams to build a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Leverage TEYC’s proven systems and support to build a successful, sustainable business. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner in their growth and development.
