Role Description
Due to a number of developments, The Junction Foundation are recruiting within their youth service.
They are seeking Youth Support Workers with experience of working within an informal environment to join their street-based team.
Full training will be given, but they are looking for people with experience in working with vulnerable young people to engage them in developmental opportunities.
They are looking for motivated, engaging, and committed people with a passion and experience in supporting local children and young people.
Purpose of the Role
To support service delivery through a variety of delivery methods including Detached Youth Work within communities and neighbourhoods, structured group work sessions both face to face and online.
To assist in the planning, delivery, evaluation, and recording of activities and support for young people working within the principles and values of The Junction at all times.
To support positive outcomes for children and young people including assisting in the planning, evaluation, and recording of activities.
