Planet Pharma are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Validation Analyst to join our team. If you have a background in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and proficiency with analytical techniques such as balances, pH meters, and HPLC, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct cleaning validation activities in line with GMP standards, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of equipment and facilities used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Perform sampling and testing of cleaning agents, surfaces, and equipment using techniques such as HPLC, balances, and pH meters to ensure proper cleaning protocols are followed.
* Prepare and review cleaning validation protocols, reports, and related documentation.
* Analyze data and report results to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve cleaning procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
* Support investigations and troubleshooting of cleaning validation failures and deviations.
* Maintain a high level of awareness and adherence to GMP regulations at all times.
