The Role Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Educate customers on vape products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories, to help them make informed purchasing decisions. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing. Perform routine inventory checks and assist with inventory management tasks as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to relevant line manager when necessary. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including compliance with UK regulations related to vaping products. Training will be provided Employee will be expected to take part in promotional activities Ideal Profile At least 2 years of prior experience in retail or customer service experience, preferably in the vape industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum Education GCSE Basic knowledge of vape products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories, with an understanding of the UK market (this will be an added advantage). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with UK regulations and compliance requirements related to vaping products.
