Application Service Lead
Location: Victory House, Brighton
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Permanent Contract
Salary: £48,000-£60,000 dependent on experience

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing a portfolio of services throughout their entire lifecycle.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
* Be responsible for the Service Ownership of a portfolio of BG Applications.
* Own and manage the Service Roadmaps/Lifecycles for the relevant BG Applications.
* Build and enhance Bupa's application SME knowledge and intellectual property.
* Be accountable for the accuracy and existence of all service operations documentation and CMDB.
* Identify and implement Service controls including proactive alerting, monitoring, and dashboards for relevant systems.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Proven experience in managing and developing high performing applications teams.
* In-depth understanding and experience of ITIL based IT Operations methodology and adoption.
* In-depth knowledge of software, in-life cycle, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
* Experience of managing and delivering a complex IT service portfolio that provides 24/7 services.
* Experience of materially contributing to IT Service Strategy.
