Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated psychology graduate to join a supportive and thriving mainstream primary school in Hyde. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone considering a future career in education, child psychology, or educational support.
The Role:
* Position: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Support: Working closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to support children with varying needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties
* Experience: Supporting children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to enhance learning and development
* Development: Gain hands-on experience in a classroom environment, with opportunities for training and career progression within the education or psychology field
Requirements:
* A degree in Psychology or a related field
* Passion for working with children and supporting their academic, social, and emotional development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a school setting or with children (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
