JOB ROLE: Support Worker x 2
LOCATION: Craven Arms, Shropshire (SY7)
PAY RATE: £12.60 to £13.30* per hour
HOURS: 35 hours per week
Due to continued growth, we are seeking full-time Support Workers to join our AMAZING supportive team at Sunnydale, Craven Arms.
About Sunnydale:
Sunnydale is a residential care home based in Shropshire, providing rehabilitation support for people with Mental Health Needs. The residential home supports up to 10 adults.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
* Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
* Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
* Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
* Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
* Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
* Assisting with personal care as required.
* Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
* Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
Essential:
* Valid UK driver's license with access to a vehicle
* Experience with therapeutic care and challenging behaviour (1 year preferred)
