My client is looking for experienced Bid Managers to take the lead on exciting projects ranging from 500k to 250m. Your Role:
As a Bid Manager, you'll:
1. Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial enquiry to tender submission.
2. Write and coordinate submission responses tailored to each client.
3. Lead planning and review meetings, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
4. Collaborate with estimators and operational teams to ensure the synergy between price and quality.
5. Maintain a strong market and industry intelligence to drive improvements and innovation.
What they are Looking For:
1. Proven experience in bid management and technical writing, ideally within social housing or construction.
2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage the full bid lifecycle independently.
3. Strong relationship-building skills and up-to-date industry knowledge.
4. Retrofit knowledge is a big plus!
