JOB TITLE: CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (Recruitment Agency)
LOCATION: Weston Super Mare (with potential for Hybrid working)
SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE (depending on experience)
ABOUT US: ENIGMA Clinical Solutions Ltd. is a leading, forward-thinking healthcare recruitment agency, providing both temporary and permanent staffing services to the NHS, Social Services, and Private Organisations throughout the UK. Therefore, we are seeking a talented, dynamic, and experienced Client Relationship Manager, ideally who has either a recruitment agency and/or healthcare management background, to join our team immediately.
JOB OVERVIEW: The CRM will oversee the successful implementation and management of the recently awarded NHS Framework Agreement RM6281. This role involves liaising with NHS trusts, leading a team responsible for booking healthcare staff, handling complaints, and maintaining strong relationships with Trusts to ensure compliance with the framework requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Business and a team of Business Development Managers to drive further substantial growth of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Framework Compliance and Management:
• Ensure all operations are in line with the Agreement, including adherence to specified deliverables and standards as outlined in the agreement documents
• Oversee the development and submission of required reports and other compliance documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NHS procurement policies
2. Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact between ENIGMA Clinical Solutions Ltd. and NHS trusts within the framework
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within NHS trusts to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly
3. Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage the team responsible for booking healthcare staff, ensuring efficient and accurate placement of staff
• Manage any complaints from both staff and NHS trusts effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and a high level of service satisfaction
4. Process Improvement:
• Work collaboratively with our internal team to automate and streamline booking processes, complaint handling, and other operational workflows
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery
5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular reports on framework performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement
• Ensure all documentation related to the framework agreement, including insurance certificates and accreditation evidence, is current and submitted as required
6. Social Value Priorities:
• Promote and integrate social, environmental, and economic benefits as outlined in the framework's social value priorities
• Ensure that the company's operations under the framework contribute positively to social value initiatives
ESSENTIAL AND DESIRABLE SKILLS:
1. Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry. (Experienced Recruitment or Senior Recruitment Consultants and Branch Managers, with a background in health or social care recruitment are encouraged to apply)
2. Knowledge and understanding of NHS procurement policies and frameworks
3. Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft applications
6. Strong organisational and project management skills
7. Experience in managing compliance and quality assurance
8. Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues
9. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
10. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
