Job Title: Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry Banding : Consultant Location : Inverness, Scotland Working Hours: 40 per week Rate : Competitive, to be discussed upon application We are currently seeking a highly skilled an experienced Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry to join our NHS client based in Inverness, Scotland. What will your responsibilities be? Your responsibility will be to conduct psychiatric assessments, formulate accurate diagnoses, and prescribe appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. You will have to provide consultation and support to primary care providers, community mental health teams, and other stakeholders involved in the care of adults with mental health needs. You will be expected to participate in service development initiatives, quality improvement projects, and research activities to enhance the delivery of mental health care services for adults.
