HR Coordinator
Location: Croydon office location with Hybrid working
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum plus Civil Service Pension

Their Human Resources team is looking for an HR Coordinator to join and provide support to the HR Business Partner team and HR Operations team.
As the HR Coordinator, the successful applicant will act as the first point of contact for all HR policy and process related queries from employees and line managers. They will be responsible for advising colleagues on their entitlements in line with their documents and employment law.
The role is responsible for creating correspondence and other HR-related documentation and liaising with HR colleagues to coordinate responses to ensure seamless, timely, and accurate resolution. Key HR activities include:
1. Drafting letters
2. Administration of family matters cases
3. Flexible working requests
4. Conducting exit interviews
Responsibilities will also involve ensuring payroll elements and people information updates are actioned in the HRIS, along with maintenance of databases and the online document management system.
The ideal applicant will have demonstrable HR Administrative experience from within a corporate environment and must have proven experience of HR Operations including letter writing, reporting, payroll, and non-payroll input into the HR System. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
