Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week

The Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager eager to oversee multiple services within a dynamic organisation committed to sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of care. Reporting to the Regional Area Manager, the Multi-site Registered Manager will oversee various services in the Swansea area, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and procedures. You will directly manage the performance of deputies, driving service excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a robust commercial acumen to help propel our services forward.
Minimum Requirements:
* You must have experience working with people with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours.
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services.
* Have an NVQ Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care.
