We are 4Com ; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Administrator to join our billing team.
As a Billing Administrator, you will be assisting the billing team leader in the set up of new customer bills, working closely with other departments and team members daily. You will also ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner, managing customers’ expectations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
Please note that this role is office based in Bournemouth.

13. Experience working in a fast-paced environment all whilst delivering the best customer service.
14. Be a strong communicator and influencer.
15. Experience within complaints or customer retention department will be advantageous.
16. Be organised and proficient in both written and verbal communication.
What would I be doing as a Billing Administrator at 4Com?
17. Set up new customer bills.
18. Input customer billing information into our bespoke CRM system.
19. Handle all customer queries relating to any bills.
20. Manage the monthly billing process.
21. Escalate any complaints in a timely and efficient manner to the Team Leader.
22. General administration duties.
