Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the sales department of Listers Volkswagen in Worcester. Already achieving unprecedented success, the successful candidate will be tasked with driving customer satisfaction, sales volume and profitability.
You will work Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week and Sundays on a rota. You will get one Saturday off per month meaning you get one full weekend off per month. The working hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturdays and 10am to 4pm Sundays.
The successful individual will possess a positive, hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.
Role and Responsibilities
1. You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customers expectations; In essence you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading. You will also be accountable for handling customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved effectively.
2. To support the sales team in daily operations including but not limited to customer contact, sales funnel management, deal building and closing, professional vehicle preparation whilst ensuring that stock is kept to the companys agreed levels.
