The Best Connection are currently recruiting a Receptionist to support a local business who are specialists in the Joinery industry based in near Middlesbrough. This position will become permanent after 12 weeks. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The role Includes:
* Answer customer queries via telephone and email
* Ensure a courteous and professional service is provided to all customers
* Support colleagues with core administration functions
* Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills
The candidate:
* Experience working in a busy office based environment
* Background in a receptionist or administrative role
* Be proficient in all Microsoft packages
* Excellent literacy and numeracy essential
* Be able to work independently and problem solve, prioritising workload to meet deadlines
* Have quick and accurate data inputting skills
Hours of work:
* Monday to Friday
* Occasional Saturdays if required
* 09:00am till 17:00pm
Pay Rates:
* £13.00 per hour Monday to Friday
* £19.50 per hour on Saturdays
