Flexible Area Supervisorsupporting Regional and Account Managers in the delivery ofallocated PFM or PSS
Keyduties:
Providing support services on clientsites including:
* Assisting theRegional and Account Managers with providing holiday and sicknesscover for smooth running of allocatedcontracts;
* Site spot checks to monitor if staffon site have all necessary equipment uniform and consumables tocarry out their duties;
* Report any deliveryissues or short comings of service delivery on site to Regional andAccount Manager;
* Assist as required Regionaland Account Manager carry out monthly audits on each site andprovide copies of the audit to the client and provide feedback tothe operatives on site;
* Assist staff on siteif they have any issues understanding any of the content in thesite Bible folder;
* Advise the Regional andAccount Manager if the site Bible needs to be updated includingRAMS SSOW COSHH sheets etc;
* Assist theRegional and Account Manager to monitor Health and Safety on siteincluding delivery of toolbox talks online training New employeeinductions.
* Report any accidents incidents ornear misses as per the Paretoprocedures;
* Advising Regional Account Managerof any portable appliance testing asrequired;
* Monitor Smart task useage and ensureteam are booking in and out as per instructions support team inuseage as and when required

Experience
Thejob holder will be required to have experience within soft servicesideally cleaning including specialist cleaning. Preferably in FM

When dealing with clientpersonnel and at all levels the job holder must use tact anddiplomacy in order to get cooperation from client personnel andwhen dealing with visitors.
