Lead Contract Administrator
We are looking to recruit a Lead Contract Administrator. This person will be in charge of a large number of contracts from an office perspective. You will primarily be based in the Farringdon offices, however site visits to check in with clients are expected.
Where this role varies from the standard Lead Contract Administrator roles is that it is essentially a cross between an Assistant Contract Manager and Contract Support. We need someone who is able to hit the ground running and has strong experience in administration and engineering (managing Clients / Engineers / cost /service sheet development / Quotes / PO raising / Data Management / Scheduling / Customer service / HD / complaints management etc.)

Duties:
* Managing requests
* PO's
* Scheduling via the on site CAFM system
* Client co-ordination
* Costings and quotations
* Follow up and checking client is happy with works etc.
* Site visits will also be required from time to time.
Salary: Up to 55K dependent experience
Working Hours: M-F 0800 – 1700 (Office or on-site visits)
Holidays: 25 days + 8 BH
