Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

2. Commercial Modelling: Craft data-driven commercial models and business cases in collaboration with Finance teams.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term success.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments to align business development initiatives.
5. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of early-career professionals, fostering their growth and success.
The successful Business Development Manager will have:
1. Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or a related field, with team leadership experience.
2. Skills:
