The successful candidate will work to provide administrative support to the Undergraduate Medical Education Team to ensure that our medical students based at UHL are fully supported and provided with the best experience possible. Main duties of the job This role (26.25 hours) will ideally be worked over 5 days (Monday-Friday) - 4 days is the minimum. You will be required to work across the three main hospital sites on a rota. This Trust wide post will provide general assistance to the Undergraduate Coordinators and Undergraduate Manager. The post holder will ensure the efficient use of facilities and resources and will aid the provision of undergraduate education, including room bookings, audio visual aids, catering and assisting with regular student induction and examinations.
