Grade C (£24,405-£25,430 FTE) / £15,558-£16,212 (actual pay)27.5 hours per week (9am to 3pm daily with some flexibility in working hours for the right candidate), term-time onlyAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse or first aider able to provide a high standard of health care and welfare support for our students (aged 11-16). The role involves:Assessing staff and students’ medical needs and administering first aid where requiredThe efficient daily recording and monitoring of students accessing first aid support and keeping appropriate databases up-to-dateChecking, ordering and storing supplies when received, adhering to Health and SafetyGeneral first aid administration tasksThe role requires someone highly organised, with strong administrative skills and with a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise. The ability to remain calm under pressure and to deal with matters of a highly confidential nature is essential.
