We are looking to appoint an able, highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive, passionate and dedicated team of professionals. We are therefore looking for candidates who are committed to securing high standards and raising academic attainment for our key stage 4 students. You will work with our key stage 4 provision at Capital City College and will work from some of our campuses; Finsbury Park, Angel, Holloway, Tottenham and Enfield.
About the role
This role is responsible to support access to learning for learners; work alongside teachers in the management of learners' social interaction and achievement, while ensuring the learners' safety at all times.
This is a Term Time Only position.
About you
You will have experience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties aged between 14-16. You will have an understanding of child protection, health and safety and other relevant codes of practice.
