The Role:
You will be responsible for the administrative processes associated with raising Purchase requests & Purchase orders to support the global operations and Great Yarmouth base.
In addition, you will be supporting the rest of the warehouse with their daily duties.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Provide purchase order support for the Stores teams including logistics, workshop & purchasing.
* Follow up on orders with delivery updates.
* Maintain accurate records of purchase orders.
* Maintain the purchase order delivery notes on Sharepoint.
* Maintain accurate records, filing & compiling reports as required.
* Attend meetings as required.
* Manage, organise and update database applications as required (IFS/Sharepoint).
* Liaise with Accounts payable on supplier/GRN issues.
* Update and maintain Goods receipt and purchases within Business Software.
* Support other roles as directed including checking, packing and unpacking shipments, stock counting, signing delivery notes, issuing stock to the workshop team.
* Maintain high standards at all times with regards to health and safety.
Qualifications and Experience:
Competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office, high level of computer literacy, good knowledge of English Grammar along with good interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM and business management software.
Experience in Business Administration/Data Input, within busy organisations.
Prior experience working in a store’s or warehouse environment, demonstrating the ability to manage inventory, organise stock, and maintain accurate records.

This role is based in Great Yarmouth, so you will need to live within a commutable distance to this location.
