We require an experienced Supply Chain Administrator in Warrington to provide a broad range of administrative support and coordination services to the Supply Chain and Procurement Team. The Supply Chain Administrator will be the key point of contact for meeting coordination, team support and any ad hoc administrative tasks. They will be a professional administrator who always works with integrity and discretion. Responsibilites:
* Administration of the company supply chain management system, overseeing the various aspects of the system including management of user access and addition of projects.
* Management of the on-boarding process of supplier records to ensure accurate data is transferred to Coins (ERP System).
* Support the administration of performance scoring of subcontractors.
* Manging relationships with system vendors ensuring supply chain members are supported through the onboarding process and addressing system issues where required.
* Coordinating the preparation of manuals and training materials as well as providing training on system usage and modifications.
* Managing relationships with Internal stakeholders and training and supporting them on systems where required.
* Knowledge of all systems that integrate with the supply chain management system and how each system manages the data.
* Continuously analysing and assessing the supply chain system to identify areas for improvement to streamline processes to enhance business performance.
* Take ownership of issues that arise and proactively support internal and external stakeholders.
Third Level Qualification
* Previous experience working in a Construction/Engineering environment is a plus but not essential.
* 2yrs experience working as an administrator dealing with procurement or supply chain.
