Client Details My client is a successful property organisation based in Coleshill looking for a Personal Assistant to support multiple directors. Description Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle and prioritise all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages). Perform administrative and clerical support tasks. Maintain the filing system and manage databases. Support team members in assigned project-based work. Assist in budget tracking and expense report management. Profile Experience as a Personal Assistant Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Understanding of the Property industry.
