Role: Performance Enablement Manager Location: Waters Edge, Clarendon Dock, Belfast BT1 3BH Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours) Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 PA DOE The role: The role of the Performance Enablement Manager is instrumental in supporting the growth strategy for Radius. Focusing on the Island of Ireland this role will support in both the creation and delivery of learning fitting the needs of the Radius business across multiple sites within the island of Ireland. Learning will align to the Learning strategy and framework. The key focus will be very much on developing our people efficiently and effectively through the agreed learning interventions either at Group or local level. Required experience: Over 5 years experience in a Learning and Development facilitator/trainer role in a sales-based industry Flexibility to travel when required across Ireland and occasionally to other geographies within Radius Have held a Training Manager or Senior Training Role (where this would be a natural progression to having a small team to manage) Design and content delivery experience including upskilling of others on their delivery Up to date knowledge of adult learning theories and learner experiences Demonstrable skill in all commonly used MS 365 applications including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Word Strong reporting and presenting skills Stakeholder management skills (including senior leaders) Excellent emotional intelligence and diplomacy skills Exceptional oral and written communication, personal credibility, and influencing skills Confidence speaking to large groups Knowledge of Learning Management systems and content creation tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline or GOMO ideal Additional Information: The role will involve training and support across multiple Ireland offices and for all business units, with a requirement for frequent travel and over-night stays as required. Your responsibilities Ownership for ongoing Training Needs Analysis across all business units in Ireland, factoring in data insights, manager and employee feedback Line management responsibility for two Training Partners, one based in Galway and one based in Belfast Working with the Ireland Management team, plan, develop and execute training interventions to address training needs across Ireland Responsible for organising, streamlining and overseeing employee onboarding into the organisation for the island of Ireland. Reporting on new employee progress across their first 6 months in Radius, high-lighting any risks and/or interventions needed to improve employee experience Owning the content and delivery of all learning for Ireland – from design to delivery. Co-ownership of Sales Excellence with Sales Engagement Manager, ensuring quality of sales interactions are measured and manager interventions are making a positive difference Manage the Talent programme Regular interactions with relevancy counterparts across the business, maintain Radius Global Standards in Ireland and sharing best practice approaches Designing learning solutions and providing facilitator notes when required for any facilitator to use easily Delivering classroom-based and virtual training to groups ranging from 10 to over 100 people Supporting the People Development Director and the Learning team with the scope and management of learning projects Ensuring version control management and accessibility for all learning material Evaluating the success of learning solutions and reporting on evaluation results What can you expect from us?
