Client Details Our client, a reputable business based in the heart of Cardiff are looking for an immediately available HR Administrator to join their supportive HR team. Description Duties and responsibilities of the Senior HR Administrator include, but are not limited to: End-to-end transactional HR processes including starters, employee lifecycle changes and leavers Maintaining employee information and records in People systems Creation (and changes to) terms and conditions letters and contracts Verification of People system updates Review of documentation (including any relevant calculations) providing feedback to ensure accuracy Analyse audit reports and perform data validation using excel Point of contact for policy and process queries from the business Manage and maintain a specific area of administration to become the team subject matter expert Coordinate and provide employment verification for current and ex-employees Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports, analysing data where required Identify root cause of issues that arise and seek solutions and preventative measures Profile The successful candidate for the role of Senior HR Administrator will posses: Experience working in an HR role managing, coordinating and administering HR policies and processes Sound decision making skills utilising information and knowledge of HR systems and processes Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise high workload volumes Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and improve Ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion Strong team player but with the ability to work independently and with autonomy Ability to build and maintain relationships and provide a high level of customer service Proficiency in HR Systems Job Offer The successful candidate for the role of Senior HR Administrator will benefit from: Excellent opportunities for progression Hybrid working Subsidised car parking Hard-to-beat benefits
