Shift Pattern - Average of 41 hours per week working 5 over 7 (some Saturday working on a rostered basis)

If successful for this role, you will start on Monday 9th June and need to be available for the first 4 weeks for induction and training.

We’re seeking Trainee White Goods Engineers to join our White Goods Repair Team, known for industry-leading NPS and first-visit fix rates!
As a Trainee White Goods Engineer, you’ll bring basic electrical knowledge and receive all necessary training to become a White Goods Engineer within 2-4 months, making each day an adventure!
Your role will involve skill, efficiency, and building rapport with customers.
You’ll learn to keep appliances in top condition, whether installing, diagnosing faults, or repairing, with the right skills, knowledge, and a positive attitude.
Role responsibilities include:
* Testing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods in customers’ homes
* Applying technical knowledge across various white goods appliances
* Driving a company van and managing your daily schedule
* Enhancing our reputation as a home services expert
To succeed, you should demonstrate:
* Experience with repair or installation of electric or electro-mechanical products (e.g., field service engineering, trainee plumbing or electrical work, domestic electrical installation)
* Basic electrical competence in theory and practice
* A passion for excellent customer service
* Ability to handle heavy white goods (washing machines, dishwashers, etc.)
* A full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
