Compliance Manager Location: Concession Road, Cullaville, Co. Armagh. Job Overview Working on a day-to-day basis with Officers and Staff to ensure the Companys compliance with relevant applicable regional, national and EU environmental and waste related legislation, regulatory consents and internal procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting directly to Company Officers, the primary purpose of the role will be to ensure the Companys day-to-day compliance with, for example, the following: Conditions contained in the Facilitys: Planning permissions. Waste Management Licence The Role: Develop and implement waste management procedures, including End of Waste applications, ensuring NI and RoI legislative compliance. Prepare and submit waste data and compliance reports to relevant authorities and management. Organise, collect, and review waste and environmental samples for lab analysis. Conduct daily and periodic facility and equipment inspections. Liaise with external planning and environmental consultants. Ensure health and safety compliance, update training matrices, and deliver internal safety training. Support ISO certification, suggest improvements, and assist with business development initiatives. Criteria: A HND or degree in Waste Management, Biochemical Sciences, Civil/Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline is desirable but not essential Proficiency in MS Office products. Excellent organisational, presentational and communication skills. Proficient in English language. Full Driving Licence. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise to meet deadlines. Strong team player with flexible attitude to take on ad hoc work/ work independently and intuitively. On occasion, may be required to work beyond contracted hours e.g., to complete tasks, meet deadlines.
