Role Summary: Coordinating the successful delivery of a range of Store Development and business-specific projects across all territories on time and to budget in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities:
* Maintaining cost trackers, monitoring budgets and project spending
* Liaise with Contractors and External Suppliers
* Order required materials, fixtures and fittings and services
* Completing Purchase Orders and invoicing as required
* Schedule dates for deliveries and installations and monitor completion
* Maintain warehouse stock inventory and dispatch of products
* Liaise with Internal Departments to deliver project requirements
* Manage adhoc queries and requests from Retail stores and internal departments
* File associated paperwork and certificates
* Administrative support for Senior Construction and Design Manager/Project Managers
* Adhoc Administrative cover for other Property Department teams
Skills and Experience:
* Strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator at all levels
* Numerical – monitoring of costs, invoices
* Proactive and thorough approach to detail
* Good working knowledge of administrative processes
* A good understanding of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous
* Prior Experience of working in a Project Management environment would be advantageous
* Takes action to resolve issues/problems to support delivery to programme
* Plans activities & projects well in advance & takes account of possible changing circumstances
* Takes initiative, acts with confidence & works under own direction
* Establishes good relationships with colleagues and supplier base
* Contributes to improving best practices / effective ways of working
* Adapts to the team & builds team spirit
