We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to join our People & Culture Team here at Co-op Live. This is an exciting opportunity, where you will lead a team of People Operations Specialists with a focus on event and non-event delivery which includes scheduling of staff to ensure all events are covered, supporting recruitment, onboarding and people development activity.
Reporting into the Head of People Operations, you will drive all staff planning and forecasting initiatives, be the go-to person when it comes to providing staff cover for the arena to be the best in live entertainment. As our People Operations Manager, you will manage our internal casual talent pool, always being empathetic and approachable - supporting them from their first interaction with the venue, throughout their shift and aftercare to create an inclusive culture.

* Proven experience in workforce scheduling, roster management, and people operations.
* Knowledge of HR policy and practice, especially for a large variable workforce.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Experience with Humanforce time and attendance system.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a substantial workload and prioritise effectively.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event schedules.
Please note due to the nature of this role within the Event industry, the People Operations Manager will work 5 out of 7 days, therefore the need to be flexible is required.

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience
