Role Description
This is a seasonal on-site Crew role located in Hamble-Le-Rice onboard Seafin Luxury Charters. Crew members will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of guests on board. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with catering, maintaining cleanliness, operating water sports toys, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team
* Experience in hospitality, marine, or related field
* Basic knowledge of water sports activities and safety measures
* Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and varying guest needs
* First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
* Previous experience on yachts or boats is beneficial
