Job summary Our e-Rostering team are looking for an organised and proactive individual to support the team during the critical go-live phase of the Temporary Staffing Collaborative. The main duties of the role will involve providing support to those on-boarding into the collaborative via both via telephone and email. This will include assisting users with login access and resolving common queries/issues, distributing relevant guides and documentation, managing the project inbox and escalating issues as necessary. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Main duties of the job As a member of the e-Rostering team, you will assist in the day-to-day operational work of the team, which will involve liaising with members of staff across the organisation, and in external organisations. Provide first line support for queries from staff both internally and externally, via email and telephone. Supporting staff but providing guidance on the usage of E-Rostering systems and related products as well as resolving basic issues and escalating problems when required.
